Return & Refund Policy

At TALLKA, each piece is carefully made to order. We know, however, that sometimes things may not work out – that’s why we offer clear rules for returns and claims.


Returns

14 days to decide
If you purchased a ready-made product (not tailored to individual order), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your package. You don’t need to provide a reason – simply email us at: kontakt@tallka.pl

Exceptions – when returns are not possible
We do not accept returns of custom-made products. This applies to items with adjusted leg length, personalization, or changes to details (in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

How to prepare a return?

  1. Send us an email informing us about the return.

  2. After acceptance, send the package to:

Please make sure the product:

  • has not been worn or used,

  • has no smells (perfume, detergent),

  • is clean and properly packed.

Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.
Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as in the original order. If the product requires cleaning or is damaged, an appropriate amount may be deducted.


Claims (Complaints)

Something went wrong? Let us know.
If the product has a defect or arrived damaged – we are truly sorry. Please submit a claim to: kontakt@tallka.pl

In your claim, please include:

  • your name, surname, and order number,

  • a short description of the issue,

  • photos (if the item is damaged).

We will respond within 14 working days.

If the claim is accepted, we will offer one of the following:

  • repair,

  • replacement (if available),

  • refund (if repair or replacement is not possible).

Return shipping costs are covered by us in case of an accepted claim.
If the claim is rejected, we will inform you about the next steps – we may request additional details or ask you to return the item for further assessment.


Damage in transport

If your parcel was damaged in transport, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. This will allow us to act quickly with the courier company.
