Terms of Service

§1 General Provisions

The online store available at www.tallka.pl operates in accordance with these Terms of Service.

These Terms define the rules for concluding sales agreements, submitting complaints, and using electronic services provided by the Store.

By using the Store, the Client accepts these Terms.

For matters not regulated herein, the following provisions of Polish law shall apply:

  • the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002,

  • the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,

  • the Civil Code of 23 April 1964.

The Store offers made-to-order clothing designed for tall women.

The Store’s offer is addressed to adults. Minors may place orders only with the consent of a legal guardian.

All content published in the Store, including photographs and product descriptions, is protected by copyright law. Any copying or use without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.


§2 Definitions

Store – the online store operated at www.tallka.pl
Seller – KJ Projekt Kamila Adamska, Helenów 3A, 97-400 Bełchatów, Poland, NIP: 7272618775, REGON: 361526231
Client – an individual or legal entity that concludes or intends to conclude a Sales Agreement
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not related to business activity
Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a sole trader purchasing under consumer protection rules
Product – clothing offered in the Store
Price – the gross price of a Product, excluding delivery costs unless stated otherwise
Sales Agreement – a distance sales contract concluded between the Client and the Seller
Order – a declaration of intent to purchase Products submitted via the Store
Order Form – the electronic form used to place an Order
User Account – the Client’s individual account in the Store
Contact Form – the electronic form used to contact the Seller
Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Force Majeure – events beyond the Seller’s control preventing performance of the agreement


§3 Product Information and Ordering

All Products offered in the Store are new and free from defects. Product colors may slightly differ depending on screen settings.

Prices include VAT. Delivery costs are added separately and displayed before the Order is placed.

Promotions and discounts are limited in time and cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Client may modify or cancel an Order before payment is credited by contacting the Seller at: kontakt@tallka.pl.

If a Product is unavailable, the Client will be informed and offered one of the following options: extended processing time, replacement with another Product, or a refund.


§4 Conclusion of the Sales Agreement

The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the Order by email.

The confirmation includes order details, information about the right of withdrawal, contact details, and the estimated order processing time.

Order processing begins once payment is credited to the Seller’s account.

After order processing has started, changes to the Order are no longer possible.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an Order without providing a reason.


§5 Payment Methods

For Clients in Poland (PLN):

  • Bank transfer: BNP PARIBAS, Account no. 72 1750 0012 0000 0000 4082 2615

  • Online payments: Przelewy24, PayPal

For international Clients (EUR):

  • Bank transfer: BNP PARIBAS, Account no. 60 1600 1462 1084 1357 9000 0003

  • Online payments: Przelewy24, PayPal

Cash on delivery, in-person payments, cryptocurrency payments and instalment payments are not available.

Payment deadline is 7 days. After this period, the Order will be cancelled.


§6 Shipping Costs and Delivery Methods

Order processing time is up to 10 business days, calculated from the date the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.

Domestic Shipping (Poland)

  • Courier: EUR 4 or EUR 5, depending on order size

  • InPost Parcel Lockers: EUR 3.50 or EUR 4.50, depending on order size

Delivery time: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

European Union

  • EUR 20 for parcels up to 1 kg

  • EUR 27 for parcels over 1.1 kg

Prices apply to all EU countries regardless of destination.

United Kingdom

  • EUR 20 for parcels up to 1 kg

  • EUR 27 for parcels over 1.1 kg

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to additional customs duties, VAT or handling fees in accordance with UK regulations.
These charges are not included in the Product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the Client.

Other countries
Shipping costs are calculated individually.

International delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on destination.

International Clients are responsible for covering any applicable customs duties, taxes and clearance fees.
In the event of refusal to accept the shipment, the Client shall bear the cost of return shipping.

A tracking number is provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the Seller, reshipment will take place after the shipping costs have been paid again.


§7 Complaints

Complaints should be submitted by email to kontakt@tallka.pl.

The complaint must include contact details, order number, a description of the issue and, if applicable, photographs.

The Seller will respond within 14 business days.
If the complaint is accepted, the Product may be repaired, replaced or refunded. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller in the case of a justified complaint.

Any transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


§8 Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days from receiving the Product.

This right does not apply to Products made to order or personalized according to the Client’s specifications.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Client. Returned Products must be unused.

Refunds will be made within 14 days using the same payment method. If the Product is damaged, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.


§9 Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Data is used to process Orders, communicate with Clients and, with consent, for marketing purposes.

The Client has the right to:

  • access their data,

  • correct or delete it,

  • restrict processing,

  • data portability,

  • object to processing and withdraw consent,

  • lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (PUODO).

§10 Final Provisions

These Terms may be amended. Clients will be informed at least 14 days in advance.

The Terms are available in Polish and English. In the event of discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.

Polish law applies. Any disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
