Shipping & Payment

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to 10 business days after payment is received.
Each piece is made to order, which means some models may require additional time.

If your order includes multiple items, the processing time may be longer. In such cases, we will inform you by email.

Shipping within Poland

  • Courier: PLN 18 or PLN 22, depending on order size

  • InPost Parcel Locker: PLN 15 or PLN 19, depending on order size

Delivery time: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship orders to EU and non-EU countries via DHL or DPD.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

European Union

  • €24 for parcels up to 1 kg

  • €29 for parcels over 1.1 kg

Prices apply to all EU countries, regardless of destination.

United Kingdom

  • €22 for parcels up to 1 kg

  • €29 for parcels over 1.1 kg

Important information:
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to additional customs duties, VAT or handling fees, in accordance with UK regulations.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

TALLKA has no control over these fees and is not responsible for them.
If delivery is refused due to additional charges, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Other non-EU countries

Shipping costs start from €36 and are calculated individually.

International delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on destination.

Customs Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, additional customs duties or taxes may apply.
These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by TALLKA.

If delivery is refused due to additional charges, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Undelivered Packages

If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or failed delivery, we can resend it after the shipping cost has been paid again.

Important Information

  • Cash on delivery and in-person payments are not available

  • Cryptocurrency payments are not accepted

  • Instalment payments are not available

  • Payment must be completed within 7 days – after that time, the order will be cancelled
